VWR® Signature™ Vacuum Oven Station has a programmable Watlow temperature controller, that offers multiple ramp and soak capabilities, including storing and running up to 40 temperature profiles.

The controls are easily adjustable and the control panel is user-friendly

The oven chamber is wrapped in high temperature insulation which aids overall performance and promotes energy efficiency. Powder coat construction, true vacuum valves and cross-flow ventilation through the oven chamber enhance total performance. The vacuum oven is secured to a ruggedly constructed mobile stand that can store a vacuum pump which saves lab space. Although the oven is not supplied with a vacuum pump, all vacuum plumbing and KF25 connections are provided.

Heat-up time is 1.5 hours at 150 °C. Includes nitrogen purge port, 38 mm (11/2") access port, and auxiliary vacuum port.

A digital vacuum gauge shows chamber vacuum level in measurements of Torr and m/Torr. The display range is 760 Torr down to 0 mm Torr. A secondary independent high limit controller provides overtemperature safety protection.

Services: White Glove Installation and Verification Service–the white glove installation includes unpacking, inspection, removal/disposal of packing materials, transporting order via elevator and merchandise set up in the room of your choice, installation of casters or leveling feet, power and electrical connections inspected, supply voltage verified, functional and performance verification documented. Our engineers will move the unit from the customer's receiving dock to the lab within the same building. This service does NOT include transportation from vendor warehouse to customer's receiving dock.
