CVD Graphene TEM support films are supported by lacey carbon film on a 300 mesh copper TEM grid. The graphene film appears as a near-transparent to light-grey film on the surface of the Lacey Carbon mesh on a red-brown colored copper TEM grid.
- Available with 1, 2, 3 to 5, or 6 to 8 layers of graphene
- Graphene coverage of the TEM grid is better than 75%
Graphene on Ultra-Fine 2000 Mesh Copper TEM Grids are supported by microporous copper grids with beryllium-copper support aperture. The graphene film appears as a near-transparent to light-grey film on the surface of the red-brown microporous copper TEM grid. For support, the TEM grid is attached using epoxy to a gold-colored beryllium-copper disk with a 2×1 mm aperture.
Graphene on silicon nitride TEM grids substrate is 200 µm thick 3.0 mm hexagonal silicon with a 0.5×0.5 mm aperture. The support file is 200 nm thick silicon nitride membrane with approximately 6400 2.5 µm holes. The graphene film appears as a near-transparent to light-grey film on the surface of the microporous silicon nitride membrane.
The Ultra-flat thermal SiO₂ substrate consists of a 200 nm thermally grown SiO₂ film on an ultra-flat silicon wafer with a normal thickness of 675 µm. The size is 5×5 mm. Graphene oxide is deposited on lacey carbon film support on a 300 mesh copper grid. Graphene oxide is deposited on silicon nitride with 2.5 µm holes.
