Corrosion-resistant casework cabinets are constructed of stress-relieved, acid-resistant, 1.3 cm (½") thick polypropylene.

Drawer panels are 1 cm (⅜") thick and feature built-in stops to prevent accidental removal. The drawer suspension system is rated to withstand numerous cycles at 45.4 kg (100 lbs.). Doors are solid 1 cm (⅜") thick with beveled edges.
Two models of cabinets include adjustable shelves made from solid 1.3 cm (½") thick polypropylene. Cabinets with two half-width drawers and two doors include one shelf. Open-front bookcase units include two shelves. All other cabinets do not include shelves.
Joints are thermally welded by a special process that ensures leak-tight, flush unions. All hardware, including door hinges, screws, latches, drawer suspension systems, and handles, is constructed of polypropylene. No metals are used in cabinets. Toe space measures 10.2H×7.6D cm (4×3").
