Corrosion-resistant casework cabinets are constructed of stress-relieved, acid-resistant, 1.3 cm (1/2") thick polypropylene
Frameless acrylic sliding doors are 1 cm (3/8") thick. Framed acrylic doors have polypropylene frames and 1 cm (3/8") thick acrylic panels with beveled edges. Solid polypropylene doors are 1 cm (3/8") thick with beveled edges.
Cabinets include an adjustable shelf, which is made from solid 1.3 cm (1/2") thick polypropylene. Blind corner cabinets do not include a shelf. Open-front bookcase cabinets include two adjustable shelves.
Joints are thermally welded by a special process that ensures leak-tight, flush unions. All hardware, including door hinges, screws, latches, and handles, is constructed of polypropylene. No metals are used in cabinets.
