Electroporation electrodes are for use in the electroporation (opening pores in cell membranes with a pulse of electricity to introduce DNA in bacteria or other cells) of adherent cells in vivo or in utero. These electrodes can be used for a variety of applications, including in utero transfection, transdermal drug delivery, and electroporation therapy. Electrode assemblies are designed to produce homogeneous fields of electricity, and they are easy to clean and sterilize.
Description:
BTX offers new platinum tweezertrodes designed for nontoxic molecular delivery for use with in vivo electroporation. They are durable and longer lasting than stainless steel and minimize the release of metal ions. The electrodes are available in a variety of sizes for all your customer needs.
Description:
1mm gold tip. Reusable, needle-style electrode for in ovo use. 0.5mm diameter. Bent "L." Use with electroporators 58018-004, 58017-932, 58017-984. Enhancer 400 (58017-952) recommended. With micrograbber cables, 3m long coxial banana plug connection cable, holder with shaft.
Description:
Allow alignment and fusion to be observed under a microscope. Has two stainless steel tubes mounted on a glass slide. Gap: 1.0mm. Generates a divergent field.
