TransIT-X2 for ALL Transfections

TransIT-X2 for ALL Transfections

TransIT-X2® Dynamic Delivery System is an advanced, non-liposomal polymeric system that enables high efficiency transfection of many cell types, including primary cells. TransIT-X2 can be used for DNA delivery, siRNA delivery, simultaneous delivery (co-transfection) of DNA and siRNA and delivery of CRISPR Cas9 components. Included in samples of TransIT-X2, is a simple but robust Transfection Optimization Protocol to determine the right amount of reagent for your particular cell type and conditions.

TransIT-X2® also takes CRISPR genome editing a step further with an advanced polymeric technology that efficiently delivers plasmid DNA, CRISPR guide RNA or Cas9 RNP complexes.

TransIT-X2® Dynamic Delivery System

The TransIT-X2 Dynamic Delivery Systems is an advanced system for delivery of plasmid DNA, small RNAs (siRNA, miRNA and gRNAs) or CRISRP Cas9 components to a broad spectrum of cell types for gene expression, knockdown or genome editing experiments. Request a free sample.

TransIT®-LT1 and TransIT®-2020 Transfection Reagents and Ingenio® Electroporation Kit

Specific for DNA delivery to multiple cell types, Mirus offers two distinct formulations. TransIT-LT1 Transfection Reagent, designated for its low toxicity, has been the preferred gentle and reliable reagent for over 20 years. TransIT-2020 Transfection Reagent is a unique reagent that enables high expression in many cell types including hard-to-transfect cells. Request a free sample.

For cell lines resistant to chemical transfection, Mirus offers the Ingenio Electroporation Kit and Solution – a universal, high efficiency, low toxicity solution compatible with multiple conventional electroporation instruments including Lonza Amaxa® Nucleofector®, Bio-Rad® Gene Pulser and Harvard-BTX®.
