Masterflex High Pressure Flexible Tubing is the Answer

Does your research require you to use peristaltic pumps at pressures of up to 100 psi? Then our Masterflex® High-Pressure flexible plastic tubing is what you need.

Masterflex® High-Pressure tubing fits our Masterflex® L/S® high-pressure precision process pump system, which transfers fluids at continuous pressures up to 125 psi (8.5 bar), featuring a flow range of 0.9 to 90 ml/min (depends on drive rpm and tubing size)

Choose from two formulations and three sizes:

Masterflex® Tygon® A-60-F (Norprene) High Pressure Pump Tubing

  • L/S® Tygon® A-60-F, 16HP size tubing (MFLX06504-16), capable of delivering 100 psi maximum continuous pressure and 125 psi intermittent pressure, with a flow range of 0.9 to 90 mL/min.
  • L/S® Tygon® A-60-F, 15HP size tubing (MFLX06504-15), capable of a flow range of 1.7 to 170 mL/min, with 80 psi maximum continuous pressure and 100 psi maximum intermittent pressure. This flexible high-pressure tubing is easily adaptable to a wide variety of research applications.

Masterflex® PharMed® BPT High Pressure Pump Tubing

Nontoxic, nonhemolytic, extremely low permeability

  • L/S® PharMed® BPT, 16HP size tubing (MFLX05664-16), Max. flow rate 90 ml/min, Max.pressure 8.5 bar (125 psi)
  • L/S® PharMed® BPT, 24HP size tubing (MFLX05664-24), Max. flow rate 240 ml/min, Max. pressure 5.5 bar (80 psi)
